To stay ahead of recent Federal Communications Commission regulations regarding SMS messaging and the policies mobile carriers have implemented to adhere to these regulations, Updox is developing a strategy and solution to create a consistent experience to align with how other software vendors are approaching these changes. This will be a phased process beginning with our Broadcast SMS messaging tool, then moving to SMS Reminders.
