Release of Information
Efficiently manage and fulfill the medical record requests flowing through your office. Easily create requests from your inbox or the app, gather the required documentation, and when finished, download the final PDF or send it as a fax. We’re currently rolling it out in stages, so you may not see it yet, but if you’d like to jump the line to get access, reach out and let us know. There is no additional charge for this, so give it a try!
We have begun the process of moving SMS phone numbers for Reminders and Quick Send to toll-free numbers to comply with telecom industry regulations. This transition is being rolled out across all customers and will conclude by the end of August. The new toll-free numbers will remain static once they are established for your practice. If you have additional questions, feel free to reach out to your aligned customer support manager to discuss.
Do you have questions about our new Release of Information product launch and how to utilize the tool in your practice’s day-to-day?
