On average, for every 100 appointments on a provider’s schedule, seven will not show. With a $25 co-pay and a $90 reimbursement, that could cost nearly $60,000 per year. With the Updox patient engagement solution, you'll decrease patient no-shows, deliver targeted messages, and alleviate back-and-forth phone calls or the need for paper documents before and after visits. As a practice, improved patient engagement increases revenue for your business. The best part? We've got a discount when you bundle! Click below to speak with an expert
Here are some takeaways from our upcoming webinar:
The market is changing, and it is critical to have awareness of the inter-relationship between convenience-based care vs. practice-based care
The transition to a hybrid care model requires a focus on enhancements to office workflows
Reducing appointment no-shows has a major impact on practices' bottom line
Stay tuned, we'll send out the invite for the webinar soon!
Employee Spotlight
Meet Sam from the Product Team!
Hi, I’m Sam, and I’m the Senior Product Manager at Updox. I am from Kansas City, MO, and love cheering for the Royals and Chiefs. I have been in Healthcare IT since graduating college and couldn't imagine doing anything else. My husband and I have 2 awesome daughters and one very mellow dog (Remi). We love to travel in our free time and hope to take the girls to all 50 states before they graduate high school. My favorite part of being in Product Management is that no day is ever the same. The product team thrives off of feedback. We love to hear what you think of the products, how customers are interacting with the products, and what we can add to make the products even better. There is no such thing as bad feedback.
