Join us in celebrating Telehealth Awareness week! We are working on releasing new updates to Updox's Telehealth offering to improve the virtual care experience for patients and providers. 

Partners, if your clients use Updox Video Chat 2.0 for Group sessions, we will soon release an update that will allow the Host to remove a participant from the session and send them to a waiting room.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is an effective way to protect customer accounts and secure data from unauthorized access.  The additional security layers MFA provides will allow organizations to meet regulatory compliances while safeguarding against password fatigue, all without compromising the user experience.   

We are adding new functionality to the Updox Webapp so that your providers can enable MFA at the account level or at the individual user level. Contact your account manager today for more on MFA and details on how to get started!

Using Updox Queues for Workflow Management 

For partners who leverage our "Import to EHR" functionality, Queues are a great way for practice administrators to optimize document workflows. Each queue is a subset of Updox users who share similar tasks. Such as new patient referrals, finance, or patient follow-up. Route items manually or through automated processes.

Meet Kristy M., Partnerships Operations Manager

Hey everyone! My name is Kristy and I am the Partnerships Operations Manager for Updox. I have been at Updox for about 9 months now working behind the scenes to make sure the Business Development department runs smoothly and our partnership program wheels keep turning. 

I currently live in Long Beach, California with my husband Antwaine and our 2.5 year old son, Carter. When I am not chasing our toddler around, I enjoy family game nights, cooking at home, all things Disney and traveling. Some of my favorite places I've been to thus far has been Amsterdam, Croatia, and Vietnam. We are looking to schedule our next adventure so if you have any destination suggestions, please do share!
