Read on for new features live on the Updox platform, key updates and upcoming events.  Features and Product Improvements Be on the lookout for new updates to our best-in-class practice productivity and patient engagement solutions!    Available Now  New Reminders Time Frames  If your customers are using our web app, we have added new time frames for sending out appointment reminders. Users can now set options of 4 and 5 days for reminder scripts. Read More >>  Available Now     SMS Phone Number Display  Your customers can now view the SMS numbers assigned to their practice (as well as queues or locations) as they send a SMS text message. We will also display the carrier approval status so they know when the number is ready to be used.   Read More >>  Available Now  Realtime Tagging Check out our Realtime Tagging feature! Realtime Tagging shows tag changes on items for all logged-in users in real-time, without needing to refresh the page. Read More >>  Coming Soon New Faxing Features We are excited to announce a new feature within Updox’s Faxing product, “Cancel Fax”! Cancel Fax will be located on the Updox Outbound Faxes screen and will enable users to cancel pending faxes; useful for times when a fax is sent to a mistyped fax number, for example.   This new functionality will only be available for users who are on our Outbound Faxes screen. If your users do not have access to the Updox user interface, they will not be able to cancel faxes.   Want to learn more? Reach out to your Account Manager for more information. Please note: there is no corresponding API for cancelling a fax at this time.
