New Reminders Time Frames
If your customers are using our web app, we have added new time frames for sending out appointment reminders. Users can now set options of 4 and 5 days for reminder scripts.
Your customers can now view the SMS numbers assigned to their practice (as well as queues or locations) as they send a SMS text message. We will also display the carrier approval status so they know when the number is ready to be used.
Check out our Realtime Tagging feature! Realtime Tagging shows tag changes on items for all logged-in users in real-time, without needing to refresh the page.
We are excited to announce a new feature within Updox’s Faxing product, “Cancel Fax”! Cancel Fax will be located on the Updox Outbound Faxes screen and will enable users to cancel pending faxes; useful for times when a fax is sent to a mistyped fax number, for example.
This new functionality will only be available for users who are on our Outbound Faxes screen. If your users do not have access to the Updox user interface, they will not be able to cancel faxes.
