Send faxes from CVS to a “Prescription Refills” queue
Tag faxes from United Healthcare with a “UHC” tag
Tag faxes from Ciox or AdvantMed with a “Medical Records” tag

Meet Chris from Product!

Hi, I’m Chris, the Senior Director of Product Management for Updox! I lead the Product team to create innovative solutions for our healthcare customers and their businesses. I have a broad background of 10+ years in product management, healthcare technology, and solutions architecture.

I live in Kansas City, Missouri with my wife Britany, together we have two wonderful children (CJ & Sienna). My hobbies include sports, hiking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. I love working for Updox because of the great people I’m surrounded with daily that help me create solutions and value for our customers.

If I could tell customers anything I’d want them to know we are so customer-focused. Everything we do is with the customer in mind and how we can simplify or improve their work so they can spend more time providing excellent patient care.

Having two kids, this is my go-to joke:
