Add Practice Logo to Form  

Our top enhancement request from 2022 is becoming a reality in 2023. We are working on giving customers the ability to add a practice logo into their Updox forms. This will increase practice visibility and reassure patients that they are in the right place. Watch this newsletter for more details soon!

Updox Tags Improvement 

We’re wrapping up some significant updates to our tagging system. Sortable tags, custom colors, improved administration, and a better tag picker (including the ability to type to search) – we’re excited about this for all our customers who are tagging over 1.1 million items a month. Meet Matt Swider from Business Development! 

I’m Matt and I'm part of the Updox Business Development Team. I reside just outside Columbus Ohio. I am originally from New York (Upstate) but spent a large part of my life in the city. I recently celebrated my 4 year work anniversary at Updox. I have been in different sales roles and now sit on the Business Development team.  

Outside of work, I have been married to my wife Brette for 9 years and have 3 wonderful kids Stella (5) Stanley (2), Scott (10 months), and our 10-year dog Gus. In my free time, I enjoy golf, soccer, and spending time with my wife and kids. I love soccer, playing, watching, and coaching and I am still recovering from World Cup fever! Go, Chelsea! If you were to ask my friends and neighbors, I am your typical suburban Dad. All things Dad!
