We've listened to your customer’s recommendations and have added new features and functionalities, including:

Brand Your Forms: Add practice logo to forms, eliminating confusion and providing a seamless patient experience.
Form Packets: Group multiple forms into packets that can be created on the fly or saved in a library for repeated use.
Patient-to-Form Association: Allows your customers to assign forms to patients and monitor their status easily.
Forms Dashboard: Our new dashboard makes it easier to track forms and remind patients of outstanding assignments.

Our latest upgrades aim to make Updox Forms the ultimate solution for pre-visit patient intake and documentation.

API Updates:

If you’re interested in adding a discrete form data integration, you can now create custom partner forms and distribute them to your Updox accounts through our Partner Portal. Use these custom forms along with our Form APIs and webhooks to retrieve the submitted form data discretely. We also offer the ability to send a form assignment (single or group of forms) to a patient or contact via API.

Alexandra Gorman

Alexandra Gorman, who prefers to go by Alex, has joined Updox by EverHealth as the new Executive Leader of the Partnership team. Alex brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare and 10 years in people management, with a significant portion of her career dedicated to working with health systems (clinics and hospitals) and SaaS software.

Alex has a diverse background, having worked in both the vendor space and provider-facing roles. Her deep passion for healthcare stems from her personal experience as a long-time caregiver for her mother, which has fueled her commitment to improving our health system. Alex's expertise spans Sales, Go-to-Market, Product Management, and Channel/Business Development, with specialized knowledge in population health management and interoperability/Health Information Exchange.
