Security Enhancements Coming to the Updox Partner Portal
To strengthen account security, we’re adding multi-factor authentication (MFA) and updating password requirements in the Partner Portal.
More information will be provided to those with Partner Portal accounts as we get closer to release. If you don’t have a Partner Portal account yet, reach out to our team to request an invite.
Updox Inbox Navigation Updates
We’re rolling out a refreshed Inbox interface designed to make navigation smoother and more intuitive. A new navigation menu will allow your clients to move easily between products and explore other Updox solutions. You’ll see:
An improved and intuitive navigation system.
Detailed information and demos, accessible directly within the app.
If your clients use the Updox workspace, these updates can be enabled with no integration changes required.
Legacy Patient Portal Deprecation
The legacy Updox Patient Portal will be retired on December 31, 2025, to comply with HTI-1 federal regulations. Please switch to the new, compliant portal via the Partner Portal for uninterrupted access. Legacy URLs will automatically be redirected. Additional resources will be available soon.
