Important Updates
We’re excited to share some great news — the EverHealth Partnerships team is growing! Please join us in welcoming three new team members who will be supporting and strengthening our partner ecosystem.
Mike Oliver has joined Updox as Head of Partnerships, bringing strong leadership and strategic vision to help evolve our partner programs and expand opportunities across our partner ecosystem.
Rachel Hall has joined as a Channel Manager, supporting key accounts within the Updox partner channel and helping strengthen relationships and drive joint growth.
And Michael Gerger has also joined the team as a Channel Manager, supporting partner relationships and helping drive shared success across our channels.
With these additions, our Partnerships team is fully staffed and energized for 2026. We’re excited about the momentum ahead and look forward to continuing to grow, collaborate, and deliver impact together!

Patient Portal 2.0 is now LIVE!
On Feb 13, 2025, we officially deprecated the legacy version of our patient portal, and Patient Portal 2.0 was fully launched. This decision was made to ensure full alignment with the latest federal regulatory requirements, including the Health Data, Technology, and Interoperability: Certification Program Updates, Algorithm Transparency, and Information Sharing (HTI-1) Final Rule.
Here’s what you need to know about Patient Portal 2.0:
New Patient Portal Migration: A modernized version of our patient portal is now available and fully compliant with HTI-1 requirements. All existing customers have been auto-migrated over.
Redirect in Place: If you or your patients have saved or bookmarked the old patient portal URL, don’t worry! We’ll automatically redirect traffic from the legacy URL to the new portal to help ease the transition.
The Updox Partner Portal is a go-to resource for many of our partners when it comes to managing their accounts. To enhance security, we have implemented MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) and made several updates to our Partner Portal user password requirements.

New Product Navigation Updates
We’ve built a navigation menu and launched a new and improved Inbox interface to enhance the overall user experience! These updates will help your clients move seamlessly between different products and discover other beneficial Updox tools.
What to Expect:
Improved Navigation: A more intuitive and user-friendly navigation system to help your customers find what they need quickly!
The new product navigation screen is now available for your customers to preview. If your customers currently access our workspace, these updates can easily be enabled. Even better—NO changes to your existing integration are required! Contact your channel manager via bizdev@updox.com with any questions and/or request an upgrade for your customers!

Healthcare providers receive a high volume of inbound faxes that require manual review, patient matching, and document classification. These tasks slow down workflows, increase the chance of human error, and ultimately delay patient care. Today’s fax management tools lack intelligent automation, leaving staff to manually triage and route every document.
To address these challenges, Updox is developing AI‑driven document analysis capabilities designed to streamline fax workflows from end to end. These tools will automatically identify key information—such as patient details and document type (e.g., lab results, imaging reports, referrals)—and enable intelligent routing rules to direct documents to the right place without manual intervention. The goal is to significantly reduce administrative burden while improving accuracy and efficiency.
Our AI project is currently in early development, with a beta version focused on patient identification and document classification planned for release next quarter. As we continue refining these capabilities, we welcome your insights on existing workflows, common issues, and opportunities for automation. Your input will directly influence the features and improvements we prioritize.
