You’ve been patiently waiting, and now it’s here! The release of phase one for Video Chat waiting rooms is rolling out now! These enhancements will allow Video Chat visits to be sent to recipients in advance of their scheduled appointment and better align with your traditional in-office workflow.
To prepare all users, please click here to review the Video Chat User Guide. You will see the updated instructions starting at ‘Step 3’. Also, additional help will be located within the Updox application for real-time help once launched.
